Account Management


Getting Started

Go to your My Account page by clicking the link in the footer of this website, going to the My Account menu at the top of this website, or just clicking here.

Editing Your Profile

You can edit your name, display name, email address, and password. To do this, click the “Edit Your Profile” button on the My Account page.

Updating Your Payment Method

On the My Account page, scroll down to the Subscription Details section. Select “Update payment method” and follow the prompts on the next screen.

Renewing Your Membership

On the My Account page, scroll down to the Subscription Details section. Select “Renew your membership” and follow the prompts on the next screen.

Upgrade or Change Your Membership

On your My Account page, scroll down to Subscription Details and choose “Upgrade or change your membership.” You will be taken to a page that is similar to what you used when you started your subscription. Choose the level you’d like to switch to and enter your credit card information if needed. Your new membership status should be reflected on your My Account page after you’ve completed this process.

Printing Your Receipt

At the bottom of your My Account page, under Payment History, click the box that says “View Receipt.” Your receipt will open up in the same window and from there you’ll see a link to print your receipt. If you want an electronic copy instead of a paper copy, select “Save as PDF” in the destination box when the print window opens.
